Group Training

Group training can be a very effective way to reach a larger population within your organization. I offer customized half-day, full-day and two-day sessions, as well as a seven week, four session series - Coach Your Self Up. These trainings typically focus on helping participants understand how they can develop skills of mindfulness and self-awareness to more effectively deal with the daily stresses of professional life and begin to shift long-standing habits in ways that will bring them and their organization greater success. Some of the results of this training:

  • Communicate more effectively in difficult situations: within the organization and externally
  • Understand how stress reactivity works in the body and mind and better ways to manage it
  • Learn skills that will enhance the impact of any other leadership or interpersonal training
 

Coach Your Self Up is a four session, seven week program that provides more in-depth and lasting learning than single workshops, while being less costly than one-on-one executive coaching. Developed by Mike Normant of the Unlimit Group, this successful program is designed to teach participants techniques and skills to coach themselves to heightened levels of success at work, and in all aspects of their lives.
